When will my order ship?

Most of the year, orders placed by 12pm GMT will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm GMT will ship the next day. During busy times of the year all orders may ship the next day even if they are placed before 12pm GMT.

We do not ship on weekends, so any orders placed over the weekend would ship on the next business day. 

This applies to standard products only. There is a longer processing time for custom engraved products.

How much is the shipping cost?

Select products are FREE SHIPPING. This includes all socks, yarn, and few other products. For everything that does have a shipping charge, it is a flat rate of £3.99 regardless of how much is ordered.

How long will it take to receive my order?

During normal times of the year, you should receive your order within 2-4 business days after the order is shipped. We currently ship to UK Mainland. If you wish to receive your order for Next Day Delivery, please contact us directly so that we may quote.

Can I pickup my order?

Yes, at checkout select the "pick-up" option for delivery and we should have your order ready for pick-up the next business day from when your order is placed. If you are in a hurry and you need to pick-up an order the same day that it is placed, please contact us ahead of time.
